Market Ready Real Estate provides a list of the most common seller errors in an easy to follow guided checklist system.  This ensures the user will not miss key points in the process.
Select the rooms that apply.

Once you have selected the rooms that apply to your listing, the program will populate the most common client recommendations.

Select the options that apply, only the ones selected appear in the final report

If you need to make additions, you are able to add notes to each suggestion or add on your own line items at the end of each list.

Upload photos

The program will also allow up to four photos per room to be uploaded and then automatically re sizes them for you.  A new feature also allows you to add captions to each photo.
