Market Ready Real Estate’s Online Staging Consultation Program has just added a new feature that allows stagers to access drop down menu and item choices for vacant home selections too. This means that we can now help you prepare and pack for your staging jobs!
This new services works identically to our basic consultation program, allowing you to choose only the rooms and the items that apply to the house you are working on.
First, select the room that you need. Notice that our vacant pack lists are differentiated by (vacant). This lets you know that pack items will be listed here, not “to-do” items. The program has a preset selection of items based on that room.
Next select the items that you will need for your vacant home staging job. Notice that once you have selected an item, you can add notes. This means you can specify quantity, style, type or measurements. Also, once you have selected the room, you can change it from “LR/DR/Den” to “downstairs media room” if desired. This allows you to fully customize to your needs.
Thorough lists help ensure that you don’t miss any major items. With our “add custom item” feature, you can even add items to your regular list selections!
You can still add up to 4 images per room, allowing you to add photos of the vacant rooms to help with your actual packing selections later. This is perfect if you are handing it off to other team members!
When you are done, simply hit, View PDF and the program will generate a room by room checklist of everything you have selected for your staging job.
