Step 1. Create an account and select “new consult”….
“save and continue”, you’ll be offered the opportunity to add a photo to your report. (Your contact information is all stored in your report settings.)
The program will convert this information to a cover sheet that looks like this:
Step 2. Select the rooms ….
This is a simple drop down menu. The best part of the way this works is that you can go room by room – in the order that works best for you! It is not predetermined. Additionally, you can select as many of the bedrooms, bathrooms or other spaces that there are often multiples of. You completely personalize and customize this to the needs of the home you are staging.
Step 3: Check off room recommendations.
This not only makes a consultation easy but for the new stager, helps remind you of what exactly you should be looking for in each room. Don’t see something on the list? There is the option at the bottom of each list to add custom items.
As you can see, if you need to add more information to your recommendations, you simply “add note”. Only the items that you select will show up in your report. The homeowner will never know that you are simply using a “checklist” style program! It doesn’t feel like one because it’s still completely customized to your client’s home!
Once you have saved your selections, the program will look something like this:
If you need to move rooms up or down on the report, just use the arrows next to them. This is great in case you realize that you forgot to add in a closet, pantry or some other space.
Step 4: Add any photos.
Easily upload photos for your home staging consultation report. No more resizing needed! Simply browse, select and upload your photos and the program will do the rest! (Please note: the larger the photo, the longer the download time.)
